Lesson 1
Drum loop 
There is a quiz embedded in this lesson (50 points)
By the end of this lesson you'll be able to:
  1. Program the step sequencer with a basic drum beat 
  2. Add more bars to your drum beat using the bar editor.
  3. Record yourself playing the Drum Pads.
  4. Copy a one-bar pattern multiple times.
  5. Make a variation in one of the repeats of a pattern.
  6. Quantize a pattern.

Lesson 2
Drum loop part 2 (100 points)
Use these tricks to enhance your drum loop from part 1. By the end of this lesson, you'll be able to:
  1. Change an instrument in the step sequencer.
  2. Make a few variations in your pattern.
  3. Create a crescendo using the graph editor.
  4. Adjust the levels of each instrument in the step sequencer.

I'd like to remind you to keep your beats simple. Remember, we are not creating a drum solo here. We are creating a beat that will support other parts on top of it. Take two minutes to watch this video for a lesson in simplicity.

Lesson 3
Bass line part 1
There is a short quiz at the end of this lesson (50 Points)

By the end of this lesson, you'll be able to:
1. Select a melodic synth from the instruments tab.
2. Control parameters and layout on the keyboard tab.
3. Create a bass line using scale degrees 1 and 5 in the key of C using keyboard entry. 
4. Quantize your recording.

Lesson 4
Bass Line Part 2 (100 Points)
By the end of this lesson, you'll be able to:
1. Enter a bass line using the piano roll.
2. Have a basic understanding of scale degrees (1 and 5).
3. Create an automation clip using a low pass filter.

When you have finished this project, upload it to your SoundCloud account with the title FL Studio Bass with Automation and write a descriptive post. Have fun!

Lesson 5
Adding Chords (100 Points)

By the end of this lesson, you'll be able to:
1. Add a track in FL Studio Mobile
2. Create a C major chord in root position, 1st and 2nd inversion.
3. Change the C Major chord into a C sus2 and C sus4.
